1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PlayCity website or visiting our facility located on SSK Road, Feni, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Facility Rules and Safety

• Age Limits: PlayCity is designed for children aged 0 to 14 years. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Grip Socks: For hygiene and safety, grip socks must be worn by all children entering the play zones.
• Health: Children who are visibly unwell must not enter the play structure to ensure the health of other guests.
• Outside Food: Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. We offer a cafe with healthy options on-site.
• Behavior: PlayCity reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is deemed aggressive or unsafe to other children or staff.

3. Ticketing and Memberships

All tickets, passes, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Entry is not permitted after the ticket expiry time, even if it remains unused. Memberships are subject to their specific promotional terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.

4. Liability Limitation

Parents and guardians acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with indoor playground activities. By entering PlayCity, you agree that PlayCity, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises.

5. Changes to Terms

PlayCity reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the facility after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms.
